Terms of Service

By using StationReady, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in Settings: your subscription then ends on the last day of the period you have paid for, and you keep full access until then. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it. The free trial is there so you can try StationReady before you subscribe.

Immediate access and your right to cancel. When you subscribe you ask us to start your access straight away. At checkout you confirm: “Start my subscription now. I understand that because I get immediate access, I won't be able to cancel for a refund — I can still turn off renewal any time.” This means the 14-day cancellation period for digital content ends once your access begins. Your statutory rights (for example if the service is faulty) are not affected.

StationReady is provided as-is for educational purposes. MediZaid Ltd makes no warranties about exam outcomes and is not liable for any decisions made based on platform content.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
