Cerebellar Syndrome — Lower Limb
How this examination station runs
Physical examination encounters appear in Station 1 (respiratory), Station 3 (cardiovascular and neurology) and Station 4 (abdominal). Each lasts 10 minutes: 6 minutes to examine the patient and 4 minutes of questions. A warning bell rings at 5 minutes.
Neurology stations ask for a focused examination, such as the upper limbs, the lower limbs or the cranial nerves. Afterwards you are asked to present your clinical findings, give a differential diagnosis, suggest investigations and answer two further case-specific questions.

- A. Physical examination
- B. Identifying physical signs
- D. Differential diagnosis
- E. Clinical judgement
- G. Maintaining patient welfare
Each skill is graded Satisfactory, Borderline or Unsatisfactory — a fluent, systematic technique matters as much as naming the diagnosis.
